These terms apply to your use of the ReppOpp game on iOS and Android. By downloading or playing ReppOpp, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

Using the game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use ReppOpp for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play.

What you may not do

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it.
• Cheat, exploit bugs or use automated tools to manipulate scores, leaderboards or achievements.
• Use the game in any unlawful way.

We may remove scores that appear to be the result of cheating from leaderboards we control.

Ads and third-party services

The game is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. It also works with Apple Game Center and Google Play Games. Your use of these services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party ads, services or websites.

Ownership

ReppOpp, including its name, design, code, graphics and sounds, belongs to its developer or its licensors. These terms don't give you any ownership of it.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted or that your scores and stats will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update the game or these terms at any time. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms. We may stop offering the game at any time. You can stop using it at any time by deleting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gujarat having jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
